This policy explains what personal information Dusklia collects when you visit getdusklia.com or place an order, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Dusklia is the trading name of 湛江市雷州市如愿商贸店 (Ruyuan Trading Store), an individually-owned business (个体工商户) registered in Leizhou, Zhanjiang, Guangdong, China. We are the data controller for the information described on this page. You can reach us at hello@getdusklia.com, and we will provide our registered business address on request.
What we collect
- Order details — the name, email address and delivery address you give us when you buy, plus what you ordered.
- Payment information — handled entirely by PayPal. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits and country of the card or account used. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages — anything you send us by email, including returns and support requests.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you view, collected in aggregate so we can tell how the site is being used.
How we use it
- To take payment, pack and ship your order, and send you tracking and delivery updates.
- To handle returns, refunds and support questions.
- To complete customs paperwork where an order is delivered outside the United States.
- To meet our legal obligations, including tax and accounting records.
- To understand which pages and products people are interested in, so we can improve the site.
We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential ones keep the site and the checkout working. Analytics cookies, if enabled, tell us which pages are popular. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking the essential ones may stop checkout from working.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers who need it to complete your order:
- PayPal — to process your payment securely.
- Shipping carriers and our fulfillment partner — to pack, deliver and track your parcel.
- Email and hosting providers — to run the site and send order confirmations.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Where your information goes
We deliver to the United States, Canada and Australia. To do that, your order details are passed to carriers operating in those countries. Our website and email providers may store data in other countries as well. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's standard contractual protections.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which in the United States is generally up to seven years. Support emails are kept for two years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Object to certain uses, or ask us to restrict them.
If you are a California resident, you also have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and how we use them, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment details are handled by PayPal, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, and are never stored on our servers.
Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting existing orders will also be emailed to affected customers.
